This property is right on Gran Via and is in a great location. I stayed here for 2 nights as a solo female traveler and loved that there are dining options right at the hotel. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant and a 7th floor restaurant as well. I found this incredibly convenient. The rooftop is perfect for watching the sunset. The rooms were clean and had 2 subway stops close by.

Central location on Gran Vía. Big comfortable rooms. Amazing rooftop bar that had delicious cocktails. Added bonus in your room was plenty of free nonalcoholic beverages everyday. Restaurant was good too. Tried the grilled octopus which was delicious.

Stayed here for 5 nights during my trip to Madrid, hands down one of the nicest hotels, the room was extremely spacious (booked room with gran via view) and the overall decor of the hotel was classy. Relatively cheap considering the prices of hotels in and around gran via. Easy transport links, food and shopping was nearby and only 15 min walk to areas like retiro, Salamanca. Staff were very pleasant and I would highly recommend.

Rooms are large but the laminate floors everywhere make this hotel very noisy especially when clean staff are working. The room door are solid but all you hear constantly is slamming doors. Reception is on the 7th floor with the bar.

The staff, location and cleanliness were great. However the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning in the winter. Their system is either heating in the winter or AC in the summer. We had to open the windows which meant we couldn’t control the temperature and it was really noisy since our room was overlooking la gran via.
