Small hotel near airport. Very tight paid parking. Got tiny room on the top floor without elevator. The room had a column in the middle that made hard to move around the room. We were deadly tired, so just dropped into beds. Never even went outside. Nice breakfast.

Very convenient location. Very close to the airport. I’ve stayed here for a few years and have brought many friends with my groups. We’ve never has issues… they always accommodate our needs. Not the Ritz, but serves the needs.

Small but clean room. Exactly what I expected. Good value and close to the airport. Lots of restaurants within close walking distance. The man at the front desk when I checked in was extremely nice and helpful with information.

Chosen for EASY trip to any terminal at MAD airport. One stop away from either T1-T3 or T4. The area felt very safe, and was clean, lots of local restaurants and services. Staff were friendly. Good sized room and bath, very clean except a platform behind/above the bed was very dusty, otherwise very clean. Elevator, quiet, and a VERY good buffet breakfast for the price, but totally satisfying, enjoyable. I would consider staying here again for an extended stay at reaonable cost and just plan the Metro transit time in my days in Madrid. It took about 25 minutes from getting on the #8 line at Chamartin to getting to the hotel reception desk. It is a 5-7 min walk from Barajas Metro stop. Very easy.

The room was clean, it was the size for a single bed. The walls were paper thin and the people next door talked all night. It was like they were in the same room as me. The hotel and room smell very strongly like old cigarette smoke and mould. I slept for maybe 20 min. Stay here as a last resort.

Mi experiencia fue terrible. En el check in me dieron informacion muy limitada. Mi habitación no tenia buena señal de Wifi, muy debil o se iba la señal por completo. Solicite que me ayudaran en recepcion pero no me dieron solucion. Y estuvo intermitente todo el tiempo. El ruido de las tuberias, agua era muy fuerte. No pude dormir porque se escuchó a las 3am y luego de nuevo 6am. Terrible! Lo unico bueno es la ubicacion cercana al aeropuerto.
