The hotel was lovely with friendly staff and an unbeatable location. The only downside was that, despite paying a good amount for our rooms, there were no proper windows—just a tiny one facing a staircase or something similar. It made the space feel a bit unpleasant.

Hotel Regina is a top-notch hotel. Every request we made was executed quickly and perfectly (airport transfers, tour requests), questions about surroundings and landmarks). The front desk staff were professional and kind. The hotel is situated close to important squares and monuments in the city center. Recommend this property with the highest rating possible. It was also immaculately clean in all areas.

Best hotel in Madrid. Best location for first time visitors. You are walking distance to all tourist attractions as well as shops, malls and restaurants. Upscale, clean and modern. Best breakfast ever and very friendly professional staff. Walking distance to metro for those who need it, however the location is so ideal you may not even use the metro.
