Upon arrival, were told our room was ready and told it would be an extra 50 euros to check in early or come back at 3pm. So we paid the 50 euros. We then got a room facing the wall with no view whatsoever and right in front of the loud pool. We were told that we got such a bad room because we checked in so early, and had we waited just a little longer, we would’ve had a nicer room. Well I didn’t realize paying 50 euros to check in early gets you the worst room in the hotel.. We were also told if we came at 11, we wouldn’t have been charged the 50 euros but we were not told this by the front desk initially. We later switched rooms once another room was available because ours was so pathetic. We were never refunded the 50 euros. We tried going up to the rooftop, but it was too busy and didn’t even get a seat. Hallways were very hot, and the elevators took forever. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Great location, lovely hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. The rooftop bar is really special and well worth a trip. Only negative is the pool which is tiny and the pool area which is rammed. After two different attempts we couldn't get near it. Luckily there's so much to do in the area we wouldn't want to waste our time sun-bathing. But if you're booking specifically for the pool then i would not recommend it!

The hotel was the perfect place got our family trip. Conveniently located for transport links and tourist areas and accessible to bars, restaurants and shops. The sky bar and pool were much needed in the hot August sun. The kids loved the breakfast and the room was great, with enough space for my wife and I along with our two sons aged 12 and 10. The staff were amazing, always helpful and the service was top rate. Would recommend and would certainly stay here again.
