Lovely hotel, great location for exploring Madrid.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location for exploring Madrid. The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. We particularly enjoyed the Skybox and Rooftop bars, though they can get very busy.

Decepcionado. Sou cliente da rede riu a muito tempo. Confesso que não esperava encontrar ar condicionado desligado. O pareamento estava quente e tivemos que dormir infelizmente 4 noites com janela aberta, barulho a noite toda e claridade. Comprei e paguei por um serviço que incluía ar condicionado. Não recebi. O máximo que consegui foi uma informação do funcionário que era assim e e não teria o que fazer. Secador de cabelos uma lástima.

Staff were excellent, breakfast great however very busy as such a large hotel. Dining options a little disappointing. Roof Top Bar so busy with queues of, mainly locals, staff do give hotel guests priority however the area is packed - I imagine summer will be unbearable. I don’t feel it was worth the price unfortunately

Riu muito bom

A estadia foi ótima, os funcionários sempre muito gentis e educados e dispostos a ajudar. O único incoveniente é que achei que a cama de solteiro para o meu filho no quarto poderia ser melhor. Outro ponto também é que o cofre do quarto não estava funcionando.

Great central location

We loved our stay. This is a busy hotel with lots of floors in a tower and hundreds of rooms. The photos of the rooftop restaurant (VERY popular) me to believe it was a little more of a boutique property, as the rooms were super basic, but it was comfortable all the same and I slept great.
