Every single person that worked at the hotel that we spoke with was absolutely wonderful and helpful. The bartender went above and beyond to provide me a little carafe of milk for my daily tea. The check in desk was very helpful on transportation options. The housekeeping staff was top notch on keeping it clean and if they saw us, checking to make sure we'd be out when they got there. An absolute delight! The ONLY downside being it's not in city center (which I saw as a plus), but that means transportation to get to anything was necessary, it was fairly easy during the week, but spotty on the weekend. But that's not at all the hotels fault.

Everything was absolutely amazing. This is our second time staying there they even went out of the way to deliver my wife’s bag that she forgot in the taxi. Anytime I come to Madrid I will stay at this hotel. The food was good and the staff was amazing.

Hotel definitely met my expectation
Started with a very warm greeting from the reception desk upon arrival. I left a note on my account that I would be arriving early in the morning the day after my check-in date. I was able to check into my room without issue. The room itself was very clean, both the living quaters and the bathroom. The dining room and bar areas were more than sufficient. Hotel was located about a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station.
