Excellent location for transportation and restaurants, but with the downside of excessive noise at all times of the day and night. Even with ear-plugs at night, sleep is disturbed. Many guests had breakfast included, others not, and the discount for guests applies only to those dining inside as opposed to outside. For those sensitive to noise, especially at night, somewhere else would be recommended among the many options available in the area.
