I was unable to get WiFi in my room, it took a day for them to try to fix it and they never could. They offered only a sorry - you can use the business center or lobby. 3 night stay. My hotel phone only worked on speaker and was never fixed. 1/2 the front desk was very responsive, other half not.

Bed mattress needs to be replaced
My wife and I stayed two nights relaxing before a month long trip. We would have given the hotel 5 stars for the overall trip experience, especially the delicious breakfast buffet. However, our mattress was so soft that after our second night, I could barely walk. It's been two days since we left and I my lower back is still bothering me. BTW, I generally work out daily and don't have a chronic back problem.
