I love it!! Super nice hotel, very well located and very nice staff. Everything is close by this Hotel, the Gran Via is basically in front and the Palacio Real is like 5 minutes walking, you will love it!

The front desk staff wasn’t that reliable. No accurate information was provided when it needed. It seems like they didn’t care. Also, my luggage was unlock when it got delivered to my room. Like someone opened and could not closed it. I was unhappy but didn’t mentioned anything.

Beautiful property located right near Gran Via The only weird thing was being asked to limit in ourselves to one hour at the pool. I did not see this posted anywhere and do you have to go through the pool to get to the roof deck which had absolutely nobody on it except for ourselves. Otherwise, it was a great experience
