No public transportaion to the airport
I stayed here just for one night, and it was a big mistake, this maybe close to the airport but it cost me 50 euros round trip to go to the airport, very expensive. There's no transportation, shuttle, metro or public busses goes to this hotel. Only taxis. The hotel does not provide a free shuttle, they charge from 25 to 30 euros one way to go to the airport. The place is clean and nice but nothing to do nearby no restaurant to eat and too far from the city. I would not reccommend this hotel at all. parking is also expensive 9 euros per night. They have the restaurant onsite but there's no good selections, only sandwiches, pizza and cold cut meats. Breakfast is 6 euros per person but it's a continental breakfast

4 night stay at airport hotel.staff were great,breakfast was interesting not sure whether the scramble egg was cooked 6 hours before consumption!!! Or was it a Chinese delicacy?But The toaster was something else ,bread toasted on both sides Perfectly.I have stayed in lots of hotels and this has never happened before for something that should be so easy.Free tea and coffee available from a drinks machine.one negative point No shuttle bus to terminal .taxis at 20 euro a pop

Convenient hotel close to the airport.
A reasonable place to stay close to the airport. Worth while taking the hotels shuttle service to the airport as it was personalised, fast and considerably less than what I paid coming in on a taxi.

A 3 star hotel which provides 1 star accommodation
This hotel was described online as a 3 star but is a very tired establishment whose staff provide minimal customer service. In fact the waitress in the restaurant was very rude when she did not bring the main course as ordered. Eventually when the main course was served it took an extraordinary long time and was very poor value for money. The dinning tables and chairs were never cleaned which is bad given the number of business travelers who use it. The bathroom towels were badly worn and the rooms are far too basic even for a 3 star in this day and age. The online description also claimed the hotel provided a shuttle service which is essential for a hotel in the middle of an industrial area. It does not have a shuttle service but arranges a private taxi instead at slightly discounted prices when compared to airport taxis. The private hire provide a very good service!

Would stay again.
A reasonable airport hotel with very good staff. Luckily the hotel did not seem too busy so free parking was available - this may not be the case if there is some sort of event on. The food was good in the restaurant with excellent, friendly service - even continuing to serve customers well past the advertised closing time when they seem to have been delayed in arriving. A definite 'would stay again'.

wanted a hotel at the end of the Madrid Airport runway - this was perfect - planes pass right in front of you.

Better Than Budget
It was a little tricky to figure out how to get to the hotel from the highway though you have to drive right next to it. The staff was extremely kind & helpful (both reception & kitchen). Decent Priced room service while good tasting. Larger rooms than other hotels of this chain, and included a really nice bathroom. WiFi is a bit finicky though.
