We asked for a romantic room and the breakfast buffet. We got a room with three twin beds, the breakfast buffet and free parking. We didn’t drive there! We flew into Madrid for one night! How does three twin beds qualify for “romantic room”? They weren’t even pushed together. When we complained they told us it was the problem of the booking company, not the hotel. Should Expedia give me a percentage of my $$ back?

The staff we spoke to were excellent. The reason it doesn’t get five stars is it’s very poor for a hotel in that class and expense not to give basic tea and coffee services and crema at least, ideally breakfast for the price ! I asked for coffee and had to call 3 times. They gave me another plastic packet with tea. Not even powdered cream. It’s a small thing but important when traveling and paying a lot for a hotel. The gym was fine, the room lovely and the transport convenient. Would I stay there again, yes, but I gently recommend they be faster in their response time and provide adequate tea and coffee services

There's only one bus to take to the city but its super reliable! There's also not much to do nearby other than a mall which is around a 10 min walk. The property itself is super great and perfect!

In town to attend Atletico Madrid v Barcelona. No fault of the hotel at all, but was led to believe by a hotel site that this hotel was convenient to actually walk to the stadium. It soon became apparent that this clearly wasnt the case as a 15 minute taxi ride confirmed.

Clean comfortable hotel, easy access to airport

Shuttle from airport comes every 30 min and is labeled large red letters Axor. Drop off at Barajas and walk bait a few steps to the Feria location. Everything was clean and perfect — but 2 minor things — no hair conditioner (I brought my own always) and also the sink drain was broken so I had to lift it by and to get the water to drain. Also the walls are a little thin in the rooms.
