I think going over security and guest safety protocols would be useful for your staff. As my ex who ive had police involvement with, was able to confirm with the front desk staff that a room was booked in my name, and made the front desk staff call up to my room to ask me to come down to speak with him. This could have gotten me killed. I should have called the police at that point. He stayed and waited outside the hotel all night and was there as i left and followed me driving thereafter. No guest services member should ever verify any identity of any guest under any circumstances. Especially a lone female checking in.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we stayed here and it’s always consistently great!! Clean, modern, staff is SO friendly. The breakfast is excellent and the dining area is spotless even when it’s packed with guests! They have a fun game and lobby area with a pool table and foosball and next time I will check out the gym! The rooms are so clean and I love that there are wood floors in the rooms because carpet gets icky really fast in hotels!

Great Madison Stay
Very clean modern hotel that set our girls trip off to a great start! Comfortable bed, very quiet, friendly staff, good continental breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.
