Perfect spot to go to the Farmer's Market. Staff were super helpful and kind. Shuttle bus driver was so friendly, picked us up from the airport and dropped us off near UW Campus on another day outing. Rental bikes convenient to bike around Lake Monona. Great location.

Nice place, super busy. Very usual kind of city hotel with usual offerings. We stayed only one night, but the location was excellent and everything else as expected. A little pricey for what you get.

Bishop was who welcomed me and I received great service. Unfortunately my room was ridden with so many flying bugs. I didn’t let the front desk staff know because my stay was brief but I was constantly swatting tiny flying bugs and the window seems to have plenty trapped between the screen and glass which it seems they are coming from. Other than this minor annoyance, it was a great stay with plenty amenities. Really enjoyed the sauna.
