The best hotel I’ve been to by far !!

Check in was a breeze. Staff was friendly & went out their way to make my stay nice. I needed an umbrella to go outside, one was available to me. I was going thorough something and the staff member was the one who actually who helped me to stop crying. There was complimentary drinks and snacks . Food was hot and fresh and tasty. Bartender Rick was Friendly and nice. Nice views. I rate this 100/10

This is an older hotel that is not chain owned, so adjust your expectations. The furniture and floors show age but they are cleaned! I stayed in the Pool King and I wish I had not - it made the whole 3rd floor HOT and HUMID. Fantastic location, safe. I would stay here again!

The hotel is one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at. However, it is showing its age. The door handle was sticking making it difficult to enter and exit. The furniture and bathroom have seen better days. Overall, though, the service and amenities in the Governor’s Club almost made up for the aging room.

The hotel and room were very nice--however I was told upon check in that the parking fee would be posted on my card but a credit would show up a few days after checking out. It never did and when I called to ask about it the hotel manager said that was not the case I feel lied to by desk staff

My issue was that I upgraded and the hotel wouldn’t honor it even after showing them the email. I reached out to Tonya from Expedia on Saturday once we checked and in and no one responded. It was my wife and my anniversary and we were both so excited to go into the governors lounge bar and we weren’t allowed. As an Expedia member it was disappointing. Hoping to hear from your organization soon.
