We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was fantastic, and everything we wanted was in walking distance from the hotel. Will start again the next time we are in Madison!

Pool room perspectives
We had selected a pool side room. Room excellent and privacy curtains ideal, but alas not sound proof. Had hoped to use pool in the late hours but a family with kids splashed around until close @ 11 pm. Bummer - perhaps those open hours could start later and end earlier for the regular hotel guests as it impacted our sleep.

There were some hiccups but the Operations Manager Nattika handled everything perfectly and graciously. They have a diamond and a credit to the property. I did the same job years ago and when I compliment somebody else I do it because they do the job beautifully.
