They left a light on for me!!!

What a nice, comfortable place to stay. Very clean, underground parking. Will stay again. Couldn’t VPN on WiFi for work though. You won’t be disappointed on this place!

Absolutely loved my stay at The Dylin in Madison, Wisconsin! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the spacious and beautifully designed lodging. The decor throughout — both in the inviting common areas and my personal room — was stylish, thoughtful, and added such a warm, modern charm to the space. Having access to laundry and kitchen facilities made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient, truly making it feel like a home away from home. It’s clear that every detail was carefully considered to make guests feel welcome. When I return to Madison, there’s no question — I’ll be staying at The Dylin again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, elevated experience in the heart of the city!

Everything was very nice, clean and well decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable as well and I'm a harsh critic. There was a hiccup with parking upon check-in, but the online chat system was easy and got a quick response.

I understood there was no front desk at this hotel when I booked. This means everything is handled via website and chat. Not a huge deal but a bit annoying. Chose parking option 2-3 times while doing the booking/identity check. Showed up and had to use chat because I had no parking code. Tried three codes before one worked. The parking has a code, front door has a code, and the room has a code. I mean 3x 4 digit pins is a little annoying to remember. No signs anywhere saying where the gym was. I had to message again to ask. It’s at the far end of the LL parking garage completely hidden from view. Overall place was fine. Guest experience definitely lacking though. At least put some signs up if there is no person on site to help guests.
