The toilet seat was very stained and looked dirty. The siwe was missing one soap shelf and had other damaged areas by the door opening. Even though the rain shower faucet should be nice it doesn't provide water pressure water pressure. The bed and pillow were hard. I asked for an extra blanket and they did not have one but brought me a comforter instead. Staff was nice. TV worked well.

Lovely staff!

The hotel/room itself was fine - the carpet in the hallways was very loose on the 4th floor and could potentially be hazardous for people with disabilities. Everything worked and was clean, so no complaints there. I do have to sing the staff's praises because I accidentally left valuable jewelry in our room and called them afterward to let them know. They kindly kept my jewelry items safe for 4 days until I was able to pick it up. I was so thankful and relieved. Kudos to the kind souls who went above and beyond for their guest. Thank you!
