Emily at the front desk is amazingly efficient, informed and listeners carefully to the guests. Hilton has a jewel in Emily and he people interaction skills.

Had a great stay here. Valet parking was smooth, although a bit pricey. Friendly, professional staff from check-in to check-out. The location was great with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We saw a concert at Majestic, which was conveniently across the street. Complimentary breakfast was well above average. Great variety and attentive staff. Definitely would stay here again.

No self parking. It costs $39 for vallet parking. I called the hotel earlier to let the desk know that my wife will come early to check in, but somehow the desk clerk did not communicate that message, so when my wife came they did not let her check in and she had to wait in the lobby. The happy hour snack has nothing good to eat, no chese or vegetable, only chips.

Our room was large, comfy, clean, beautifully-appointed. The suite area was also roomy, with a great couch and a TV. Great coffee-maker, beautiful bathroom. Our stay included 2 drinks for the evening reception and breakfast, which was a wonderful buffet, including freshlyp-made omelettes and a great array of bacons, sausages, french toast, scrambled egs, fresh fruit, cereals, oatmeal. Service was top notch everywhere. We'll be back.

We have stayed at many Hilton properties, but this was our best experience. Our room was spotless as was every other area of the hotel we encountered. We appreciate not having carpet in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were so fresh and crisp. Excellent shower. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast far exceeded expectations. We were there on a busy Saturday morning and the young men handling the cooked-to-order offerings were efficient and courteous. Tables were immediately cleared by staff. The desk staff was very welcoming. We will definitely be back again. Great value for an exceptional stay. Love it that you welcome dog guests.

The hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was excellent -- the valet people, the desk person (Brandon?), the bartenders (Kevin & ....). Minor negatives were: 1- construction noise early in the morning; we could hear it clearly through the window, up on the 4th floor. 2- the bed was NOT comfortable -- not firm; way too soft & squishy; had a back ache in the morning. 3- we were there on NY Day and the kitchen was not open. I realize it was a holiday, however, because it was a holiday, other restaurants in the area would be closed .... we expected that the kitchen would be open for guests. If you offer hotel services 365d/year, then some kitchen food service should be available 365d/year.
