EV CHARGER DOES NOT WORK
I changed my reservation to use their EV charger- then discovered it was a slow, trickle charger in a poor location and was out of service. I was forced to drive across town in sub-zero temps at 11pm to be able to make it to the funeral I was attending the next morning.

First room has cigarette smell coming from the hallway. Couldn’t sleep at all the first night. They were nice changing me to an upgraded room, but heater was making a lot of noise during the night. I couldn’t handle anymore and left one night before and asked for refund. They said couldn’t do it because I made the reservation through Expedia. Will never ever go back. I’m about to write an email to Best Western Headquarters to let them know they are giving the company a very bad image

The hotel is great! Very clean and the breakfast was very good! We would stay there again for sure! But, the gal who checked us in could use a lesson in Customer Service. She wasn't rude, but she was definitely not the most pleasant person either
