Loved staying here!! Location was awesome, loved walking outside and seeing capitol and the great coffee shop just kitty corner was fabulous, Wonderstate Coffee, yum! Very quiet in the room, very comfy bed and bedding, and very clean with no strong smelling cleaning fumes upon our arrival.

Great location and a customer service oriented hotel that nailed all the little things. It’s raining- here is an umbrella. Coffee, water, free toothbrush, good bar and food and very good staff. Loved it. Eat at Magnolia kitchen, too.

Staff was great but special recognition to Paul known as the hotel historian as he provided great historical knowledge to us on the building and how it played a factor to keep the state capital in Madison.

Excellent Hotel Near State Capitol
I booked this hotel for a night and because it was fairly close to an event we were attending, and because it was very reasonably priced and rated highly. Was so surprised at how nice the entire place is! And it is literally across the street from the capitol! Restaurants and such all within easy walking distance, and the valet parking was fast and efficient for our getting in and out. Rooms were very nice and super clean.
