Staff was great, rooms were clean but lamps in our room were broken. Breakfast had limited food, and the coffee was broken on Sunday, but it was comfortable and inexpensive.

Room was fine, fire alarm went off at 1:30 am. No coffee maker in room and Wifi was awful wouldn't load anything. Front desk was quite but did the job. Overall it was fine if you are just looking for some where to sleep and leave.

The first night of our stay, we were surprised with the visit from Madison police they were there for a disturbance between a man and a woman. The second night we were there we were awaken at about 1:30 AM for a fire alarm. Then we were made to go outside until all was clear. Never any explanation as to Why the alarm went off.

This hotel was quite rundown and outdated. We heard every noise from the hallways and the surrounding rooms (as well as a mystery noise that beeped throughout the night). Walking into our room, there was a musty smell.

Negatives: not enough towels (2 beds, 2 people but only 1 towel?), overall a bit run down and the staff was pretty unhelpful. It didn't help that there was a fire alarm at 2am, and no staff around to assist. Breakfast was pretty average, not horrible but not great. Positives: appeared clean, other than the fire alarm, fairly quiet.

Horrible hotel

We were upgraded as first room smelled like smoke. Could not use shower as showers had mold in them. The glass in shower was filthy. Tried calling for noise complaint 3 separate times and phone only answered once and was told others had complained and they were watching cameras. 1 of rooms door would not lock could just push it open. Horrible experience all around.

Clean and centrally located

Overall our experience was great. Our room was clean, beds were comfy and it was conveniently located close to several eateries and department stores. My only complaint was breakfast. We came down with an hour left and everything was pretty picked over, what was left was dried out or hard from being in the warmer for so long and nothing was refilled. Despite that, if we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay again.

So our room had no coffee maker, only 2 towels and 3 pillows, had to ask for more towels and pillows. When they cleaned our room they did not make the bed, took all of our towels and left 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. Also had to ask front desk for another roll of toilet paper, I thought he was going to charge my room for it. he acted as if I was asking for the world. The room does not look anything like the picture you have displayed, we had a bed and one small chair, desk with chair, tv, microwave and fridge. The lighting was terrible only 2 small lamps and no clock. The hot water was good for the first 2 days then we had cold showers the rest of our stay. a/c set on 70 and in the middle of the night a/c didn't come on at all was extremely hot. No insulation at all can hear water rushing through the walls, can hear people waking in their rooms above you and can hear neighbors like they are sitting in your room talking. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It was graduation so the room was $235.00 a night and the amidites was no more than a $79.00 a night hotel. Hot breakfast as the only nice thing about the stay. I did not take photos of the room.
