When we arrived there was a wedding, no parking we circled the lot 5 times for a spot to park. The wedding guests were outside amongst the cars in the lot drinking smoking weed and loud fighting, cussing. I was afraid to leave our vehicle unattended. They were so loud and slamming doors until 12 midnight. Our television had no sound and was told at 7 pm they would be up to fix it and never came. No sleep, no tv, worried alright about our belongings made for a horrible stay!!

The rooms are very spacious and the amenities were good. The night clerk for check in was unfortunately rude in her manners. She was sitting with her girlfriend at a table in the lounge area when I waled to the counter. Once she finished with texting someone she got up and slowly made it over to the desk. She asked for my name and that was pretty much it, no dialog. I found it very unwelcoming.

The Manager showed a vast of knowledge about the services they provide....and her accommodations were A+....housekeeping was exceptional...the head housekeeper insured every day that my needs were met...wonderful staff
