This is an older motel situated close to the interstate. The area appeared generally safe and there were a few businesses within walking distance to include a grocery store and gas station. The property has a Mexican restaurant adjacent the front office but it was a holiday weekend and they were closed. Free coffee and DIY waffles from 6am-9am along with few small continental items. Dog friendly

I’m used to staying at Hotels that have 4 pillows on each bed. Went to front desk to ask for an extra pillow they didn’t have any. When we checked in the representative seemed annoyed we used a 3rd party to book our stay. To top it off the paint in the shower ceiling is chipping away.

I was pleasantly surprised at this property after reading several bad reviews and I can say that they were completely unjustified. If you want a clean room, decent breakfast and a good nights sleep for a great price then definitely book here. The staff are really nice too which is unusual these days.
