We had a family emergency and had to leave at 9pm to rush home. We travel to Macon a lot and did not ask for a refund due to the time of day. We asked for a credit against a future stay and were quickly denied. Front desk had no compassion or willingness to work with us. We won’t be recommending hotel to any of our family and friends

There was a lot of good such as lots of breakfast choices, beds were comfortable, room was clean. The hotel is a little dated for a Best Western. The air conditioning was horrible. Varied between moldy smelling stuffy air to ice cold and there was no way to adjust the unit. In the south you need an air conditioner to remove moisture from the air and this unit did not do that at all.

Our room was flooded because of the air conditioner. Trash outside, noisy clientele, and the key cards only worked once per day. Had to walk clear around the property to get a new key every return.

The room we stayed in had a leak that came down the wall in the bathroom when the room upstairs used there shower. And I don't believe that they weren't aware of it before our stay. Other than that the room had a musty smell/ dog smell in it that was unpleasant, we did change rooms and the second room was better.
