Staff was super friendly and helpful! We had some trouble getting the channel we wanted for the tv and the front desk ladies were more than happy to accommodate us so we could watch the GA game! GOOO DAWGS!!

Excellent for a quick overnight stop. The front desk staff was very pleasant and our room was cold and comfortable. The shower and bathroom were a little dirty but nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel. The area seemed safe and quiet.

It was only an overnight stay. It was amazing. The staff were so friendly. We even got to choose what floor we wanted to be on. No bad comments about the place. We look forward staying again!

Excellent stay!!
My stay was great!! The staff are so very nice and helpful! When I checked in the evening of 9/7/2024 the woman at the front desk was so very nice!! I unfortunately didn’t write down her name, but she was great!! The day I checked out, 9/9/2024, Cynthia at the front desk was really nice, and Chealsa was so very kind to help me load my belongings in my car. I have a bad hip and Chealsa, who does the laundry, was just SO NICE!!! Please give her a raise!!! She knows what customer service is!! The only thing that I’d suggest, would be luggage carts that do not have an opening in the bottom; small bags fall through your luggage carts! The rectangular, solid bottomed carts are better! - Overall, an excellent stay!!!!

Wonderful hotel in Macon
I was in town for the Labor Day Road Race. This hotel impressed me in many ways. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. Being able to control the TV with my phone was a definite plus. Plaudits go to housekeeper Nazeen for making up my room while I was running my race.
