Both the pool and hottub are dirty and cloudy with green slime on the walls. We had to go to the hotel across the street to swim.

We loved the value, But the lady at the front desk was VERY SLOW, and RUDE, Rooms were clean but outdated, The water in the Park was VERY DIRTY, we couldn't even see our feet the water was so brown. and the Water Park attendant was VERRY CREEPY, He just creaped around staring at people making my grandkids very uncomfortable. and there is no vending machine for drinks.

Loved this place the first time we stayed second time , someone forgot to shut off the reservation availability, so when I got there I had to stay at the other hotel , and it doesn’t tell you online they are only open fridays and saturdays. So sadly I made the trip and spent the money to only be able to swim at the pool across the street.

Terrible experience

Had to check in across the street at another hotel unable to get in contact with hotel waited in the lobby for almost 45mins before someone decided to come to the front desk only stayed one night of my trips the following morning i transfered hotels very bad experience and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Dirty. Needs cleaned and updated. Waterpark limited hours and probably best for under 8 years old. Hot tub jets don't work. Staff was not at front desk at check-in time. No breakfast.

Smells like a fish tank

Hotel very dirty and musty smelling. Offers no breakfast and good luck finding anyone to speak to about anything. Pool and Waterpark area was disgusting and smelled like a turtle tank. Do not recommend

No thank, you. Never again.

From the moment we arrived, this was a rather painful experience. I actually had thought I was either in a Laurel and Hardy movie or being punked and on camera. We arrived to a sign taped to the door telling us to check-in at a facility across the street as there was no one working at the time. So, we went across the street, were told we could not have a room until 5pm, despite my written request and written confirmation at the time of making the reservation that it would be ok. After some push back, they found 2 rooms available and clean in the empty building. When we tried to check in, their system went down and one of the employees had to drive to the original building - the one we were actually staying at - to check us in. We check in, and all is ok. The rooms were ok the shower head was horrible and the water control was from the 19th century maybe. So, we leave the following day, and I get a call stating that there was only 2 charge made and no sales slip, or whatever. I explained that my bank showed 2 charges, and the person took it upon themselves to talk over me repeating that there was only one slip. Not my issue, and I repeated that I was charged so my end of the deal was upheld. We then got an email stating the same. My bank charges for both rooms are still there. Come Sunday, I decide to call to make sure, and was told that was a different agent, by an agent who continually interrupted me and spoke over me with a condescending voice.

Lacking, won't return

The parking lot was a sheet of ice with no attempt to ice it. Very scary to walk on. We only had 1/4 roll of TP in our room with limited front desk hours it was hard to get another roll so we had to take industrial roll from public bathroom. The space on the floor where the carpet changes to tile at the bathroom was exposed causing me to step on something sharp. Hot tub at water park wasn't working. A plastic knife sat in the stairwell for 3 days so must not get cleaned regularly. Beds were comfortable and you can use pool at Hamilton which was nice.
