Great location next to the ferry dock. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Yes, you do hear the horses pass by on Main Street, but that adds to the charm. Overall, a great stay.

Great furnishings at the street entry from the ferry. The best of and problematic area. Near everything, room was great. Staff very helpful! We stayed in October so by 8:00 pm very quiet. In the early morning it was noisy. Horses delivering and people coming off the ferry was loud! Silver lining … when we went to breakfast at 7:30 no one there!

Great Hotel for a Stay in Mackinac Island.
We had a great stay at the Bicycle Street Inn. I was amazed at the process for getting the luggage from the ferry to our room. The room was very clean and it was very quiet at night for sleeping. Beds were very comfortable.

We were on the main floor with a balcony facing the docks and it was right next to the loading area for Shepler’s Ferry. This can be a bit noisy coming and going with passengers. Would have preferred being much higher up and over looking the dock bay. We only stayed one night but it would have made a difference in noise.

The property was really well located and walkable to most dining options and shopping stores. The only small issue I had was there was a bench (with no back) in the room for seating instead of a couple of chairs. There was no table either. You could not do any work or even eat a snack unless you sat on the bed. I would recommend taking the bench out and replacing with a table and 2 chairs.

This was a cute place with a great location. We enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle of the ferry, but our room was just above the ferry dock so they’re definitely is a noise factor.

The room was lovely. Unfortunately when we booked we did not notice that it was handicapped accessible. That put us on the first floor with a tiny balcony which provided a view and noise of Sheplers dock loading. For the price we paid it should have been better.
