Hotel excelente, cafe da manhã ótimo, almoço, janta e lanche tudo excelente. Quartos espaçosos, cama confortável, banheiro bom. Limpeza boa e piscinas com água quente e limpa. Só um pouco mais de agilidade no check in. Funcionários atenciosos.

Já me hospedei várias vezes nesse hotel, mas pela primeira vez saí insatisfeita. Aconteceram algumas situações chatas, como a água da piscina termal externa não estava em temperatura confortável, fomos acordados pela manhã com funcionária batendo na porta para verificar frigobar.

Custo beneficio não está compensando, diária alta pelo que o Resort oferece, horário de pico, chuveiro fica gelado, o resort divide a piscina maior com pessoal que soh vai passar o dia, aí lota a piscina maior, e soh ficam as pequenas pra quem está hospedado. A única coisa que não deixa a desejar eh a alimentação e os funcionários que são muito atenciosos.

O local é muito bom, porém a manutenção do hotel deixou a desejar. A limpeza das áreas comuns também não estava 100%. Em relação ao all inclusive, ficou a desejar, pois às bebidas (água) só eram liberadas no almoço e jantar. A parte de recreação do hotel, muito boa.

Piscinas maravilhosas. Bares faltando ingredientes para drinks solicitados (2). Decoração horrorosa para a Páscoa (sugiro reverem decorador) : muito over feia e mal feita. Sem muito espaço para grande número d hóspedes no período da noite causando barulho excessivo e incomodativo pois tem bares sala d festas sala d jogos tudo muito junto p falta d espaço. Não voltarei

Hotel gostoso, valeu a pena.
Foi ótima. Mas teve um porém, na parte de alimentação, havia muita variedade, mas quase tudo sem sabor, deixou bastante a desejar. Achamos excepcional a preocupação a inclusão, com a mesa de sem glúten e sem lactose, mas… o sem glúten é que deveria ser separado, pois a contaminação com as facas e espátulas eram grande, ou seja, ñ adiantava. Deveria haver placas para todos os pratos (sem glúten/sem lactose), facilitaria bastante.

Muito bom hotel, comida nota 10, o pessoal da recreação top só deveriam ter uma programação um grupo no watts para os pais saberem aonde estão, quanto ao quarto por ser com banheira precisa de uns ajuste (cortina do quarto só blecaute em mau estado, puxador janela bwc quebrado, e os registros sem identificação, tinha que fechar tudo para não ficar vazando água ou no chuveiro ou na banheira. Quanto a programação do hotel poderia ser enviada via watts para os hospedes. Amei o fim de tarde com vinho, queijos, salame e musica ao vivo. As tias da limpeza melhorar a limpeza dos vidros na varanda estava terrivel. Sugestão treinamento para os colaboradores organização na recepção e saída.
