O Vilas Supreme precisa URGENTE de uma gestão forte. Os flats sem manutenção, vazamento,o café da manhã péssimo,enfim...de um lugar ótimo passou a ser péssimo. Passei um transtorno que tive que mudar de quarto por três vezes.

Meu quarto era pra ser para 4 pessoas com na discrição, mas só deixaram entra 2 pessoas, eu tive que pagar outro quarto, não tem serviço de quarto, a mulher da recepção nem me levou no quarto me deixou só no meio daquela pousada enorme, minha sorte foi a arrumadeira ter me ajudado no caminho, e no final ainda queriam colocar uma conta que não era minha do bar, pra pagar.

O Hotel precisa de uma melhor manutenção, principalmente no quarto que nós estavamos (porta do banheiro sem chaves e fazendo muito barulho, lâmpadas externas queimadas, apenas 1 chave para ativar a energia do quarto o que fazia a gente escolher entre a energia do quarto ou fechar ou abrir a porta), o café da manhã é simples mas bem feito, além do fato de darem um prato de sobremesa para tomarmos café, de resto a estrutura e a natureza são a tratativas!

Bela paisagem, ambiente gostoso.
O lugar é belíssimo. Embora seja afastado da praia exigindo um transporte até o local, a piscina e a área social não deixam a desejar para quem está ali para relaxar. A vista é incrível. As reclamações provavelmente foram situações pontuais para mim, como terem esquecido de repor as toalhas do quarto antes da minha entrada, ou mesmo quando fui ao restaurante duas das opções do cardápio não estavam disponíveis. Acabei comendo uma sobremesa (cocada com sorvete), que estava uma delícia. Acho que vale a pena destacar que o café da manhã é simples. É bom, quentinho, no ponto, mas não teve muitas opções naquela quarta-feira.
