We paid for what we saw in the pictures, but in reality the Matsubara hotel is not what you see there. The pictures on Expedia are from when the hotel was new. The rooms are old, dirty and poorly maintained. We only spent a few hours until we decided to go to another place.

Minha experiência foi terrível, desde da chegada até a saída ,tive o desprazer de me hospedar neste hotel e espero não ter que voltar, quarto pequeno,sujo, e confinado as janelas coladas para não serem abertas, goteiras em todos os cantos, cheiro forte de agua sanitaria, banheiro impedindo, se quer o fechamento da porta , t v sem canais, estacionamento ok e com bom espaço, porém descoberto, café da manhã de buteco, pão com manteiga, tapioca e bolo, apenas, suco (1 opção apenas e parecia agua de fruta) outros hóspedes ate brincaram dizendo ser agua de goiaba e não suco, estrutura mesmo, apenas para o parque aquático, porque de resto, foi terrível, sem contar as confusões que os outros hóspedes tiveram. Triste realidade, ficar em casa seria mais agradável do que viajar para este hotel( as fotos do mesmo não condizem com a realidade atual).

Mesmo com a necessidade de manutenção em algumas áreas e nos quartos, o hotel compensa com um serviço atencioso e uma área de lazer que proporciona momentos de relaxamento e diversão. A área de lazer do hotel é verdadeiramente um parque aquático, muito bom!
