The property served the purpose for a single night stay before onward travel. The room was not very clean including the walls, the curtain, the basil being blocked. Otherwise okay.

My reservation waa not accepted because the receptionist said that i reserved few minutes before and when this occurs the reservation will be only valid to the next day. So i need to pay again another reservation on the reception, and i did it because i really need to rest. I want my refund because i didnt use this reservation

Nice stay in Maceio

Above expectations for a Budget hotel. Quite new so everything looked very good. Even been a budget hotel, since the city has warm Weather all over the year its important to have minibars in the rooms. Receptionist (Licia?) was way above average and was a great help indicating activities and making sure the stay was friendly

Estadia razoável, mas com pontos a melhorar. O café da manhã foi bastante tumultuado, desorganizado e barulhento, o que comprometeu a experiência logo no início do dia. Apesar de o hotel estar localizado em Pajuçara, não está numa rua estratégica para quem gosta de caminhar, e o entorno deixa a desejar. Um ponto importante é o frigobar — considero essencial em qualquer quarto, e essa informação deveria estar claramente destacada no momento da reserva. Esse Ibis Budget Maceió entrega bem menos do que outros hotéis da mesma bandeira. Não posso afirmar que não voltarei, mas numa próxima oportunidade, provavelmente optarei por outro hotel.

O hotel fica a 2 quarteirões da praia de Pajuçara. Há vários restaurantes na orla. Café da manhã bom, porém o número de mesas quando o hotel está cheio é insuficiente. Pessoas que trabalham no hotel bastante prestativas.

Check-in absurdamente demorado. Chegamos não tinha ninguém na nossa frente e o único funcionário ficou 30 minutos no telefone atendendo outro hóspede. Café da manhã bom, mas nós tivemos que limpar as mesas pois não tinha funcionário. Pedi ajuda para a funcionária que disse que já tiraria os pratos e xícaras sujos da mesa (de outros hóspedes), mas a mesma limpou outras e a nossa ficou suja. Péssimo serviço

Quarto horrível e apertado. O café da manhã é muito ruim, tava faltando ovo, fruta passada. Fora a tapioca que a massa tava cheia de bola. Não vale o custo e o estacionamento é pago por fora, ninguém ajuda com mala e nem nada. Eu não voltaria.
