want my refund now My reservation was not accepted
My reservation waa not accepted because the receptionist said that i reserved few minutes before and when this occurs the reservation will be only valid to the next day. So i need to pay again another reservation on the reception, and i did it because i really need to rest. I want my refund because i didnt use this reservation

Nice stay in Maceio
Above expectations for a Budget hotel. Quite new so everything looked very good. Even been a budget hotel, since the city has warm Weather all over the year its important to have minibars in the rooms. Receptionist (Licia?) was way above average and was a great help indicating activities and making sure the stay was friendly

o hotel fica em trecho perigoso, com muitos moradores de rua, assim como para tudo tem uma taxa. Não ter frigobar é o cúmulo do absurdo e pagar para poder abastecer uma garrafa de água também. Os pratos no restaurante são caríssimos. Não recomendo.

Prejuízo e dor de cabeça
Na frente do hotel é cheio moradores de rua e o hotel não tem estacionamento. De modo que nos sentimos compelidos a deixar o carro com manobrista (pago à parte). Ocorre que em apenas uma manuseada no meu veículo, haja vista que passei apenas uma diária, o manobrista conseguiu destroçar a roda do meu carro. Pior, mesmo após conferirem nas fotos tiradas por eles mesmos quando do checklist do veículo que a roda estava intacta antes, e mesmo após o preenchimento de formulários, ainda não me indenizaram.

Hotel padrão ibis, hotel novo, café da manhã básico, atendentes super educadas e felizes. Apenas esqueceram de arrumar meu quarto. Tive que pedir para trocar as toalhas ao chegar à noite.

A primeira vez que me hospedei nesse hotel, era tudo limpinho. Dessa vez, ne deparei com lrnvoos sijos, cama mal arrumada, lencoies amarrotados, cama mal arrumada, parecendo que o hospede anterior saiu e so deram uma puxafinha no lencol de cama mas nao trocaram. O lençol estava sujo. Pelo valpr da diaria, deveria oferecer algo melhor. Nao volto mais e nem recomendo.

Não tem estacionamento, é terceirizado e pago. O carro fica na rua com um vigia olhando. As camas são muito boas, mas o quarto é muito pequeno. Café da manhã é bom, mas não é grandes coisas. O atendimento é ótimo.
