Excellent stay for a full week in Macau. Great value and great location for getting around the hotel. Much more centralized to the main attractions of Macau than the Taipa strip, and will give you a much better glimpse of the everyday life in Macau outside of the casinos. All of the staff are English/Mandarin/Cantonese fluent, and the rooms are spacious & clean.

This hotel is not bad. Location for shopping is convenience If you,re looking for casino nearby this is not the place. The hotel have a small level of slot machines only. But very quiet surrounding. Its good for family stay.

Excellent value for price of the room , the services are good especially the doormen. Didn’t use neither restaurants so can’t comment on the foods. Location is a little bit far from most services especially one of my relatives require wheel chair.

We had such a relaxing and memorable stay at Hotel Royal Macau ...the immaculately decorated and spacious rooms exceeded our expectations and enhanced our stay. Highly recommended - Grand Lisboa was walking distance away so was the St. Paul Cathedral, yet the hotel was situated in a quiet area away from too crowded Casino areas.

The ambience and super cleanliness rooms enhanced my stay x2 nights. The location was ideal for a quiet time, yet St. Paul Cathedral and the Grand Lisboa was only 20mins walk. The swimming pool area was a bonus for a relaxing evening.

hotel location is pretty good, its in an older part of town, it is immersive, we get to see the locals on their day-to-day, to the schools, to the shops, the markets. We see the grand lisboa hotel down the road, it is walkable about 20mins to where the cluster of casino hotels are.
