Fabulous hotel
I hadn’t stayed at this hotel since the name change. I must say that it was the most enjoyable stay I’ve had in Macau ever. The check-in was quick and efficient, the service throughout our stay was exemplary, and the personal greeting card to my wife who was celebrating her birthday was a nice touch. What’s more we were given a free upgrade. The Naam Thai Restaurant at the hotel offers excellent food at a reasonable price Not having a casino on-site is a blessing. If you wanted a flutter, the Sands is just next door. We will certainly book this hotel on our next visit to Macau.

Hotel is beautiful! Not as modern as the ones in Cotai but it has the elegance of a 5 star hotel. We were treated like VIP’s! Excellent service from staff specially Ariel and Edgar. What a truly wonderful experience.

Great hotel, worth trying
The quality of the hotel was excellent, very modern and clean. The service was fantastic, all the staff were friendly, polite and took care of requests quickly. Great breakfast too. It's a 15 minute taxi ride to the big casinos (Venetian/Londoner/Parisian), but they have a shuttle service which was convenient. I didn't use the pool due to weather so cannot speak about that.
