Once I stepped out of my private airport pick up, it took 20 mins to have a wheelchair. There’s no waiting area for a disabled guest. My flight was so long and I cannot stand. I have a triwalker with limited seating capacity. Then there’s the need for an ID even for just delivery to my room. I told them it doesn’t make sense. So it took another 10 mins and was miserably sitting on my walker. When I went to the lobby, the person who checked me seemed nice even thoughI was already irate with the wheelchair and ID issues. I wrote in advance that I needed a room near elevator. She claimed that it’s available and close to elevator. I was placed 5 rooms away from the elevator, and that was not acceptable and when I got down, I was really maxed out with patience. She was not even apologetic and didn’t seem to care if I had to walk . She didn’t explain that closest room to elevator is not acceptable. Duty manager intervened and provided a good room. Elijah and Erwin from concierge were really helpful picking me up and taking me to the dining area and upon exit. It’s hard enough to travel with disability and medical issues but staff with no remorse when they make mistakes should be evaluated. They are not service oriented. It doesn’t matter if they’re being trained, service oriented people do not treat disabled guests that way. Swissotel, being a 5 star hotel should treat guests well and if they keep on hiring someone like Joanne, it’s lesser than 2 stars. Markt crew were great.

Cleanliness! Wonderful housekeeping staff. The guy on the pool area that handling towel is rude, I was trying to talk to him to get towels he kept insisting talking to my husband and ignoring me. He might thought I was one of the girls working in a you know what I mean. Tell your staff to not degrading people (women)that works to try to make a living for their family. I did not get his name. When we we're checking out we asked the receptionist if they can send someone to help us with our luggage we waited 30 minutes nobody shows up. That was disappointing. Kitchen staff was very nice and food is good.

1) Over all excellency with warm welcome worker’s and services Is Mr.Eduardo Tensioso I believe,I think he handle the buffet breakfast area, Mr. Eduardo manages the quality of food and services towards the guests absolutely perfect as we ask for. 2) The casino is smoke free but the employees are not warm welcome people. 3). The front desk or lobby not really warm welcome SO SO My concern is I thought this is a 5 star hotel. I was not expecting tons of kids running around screaming, loud and jumping everywhere in front of the lobby, elevator and hallway. Also, I don’t know how it works but one room can have 10 or 15 people checking in one room. Seems like all the neighborhood comes into one room. Room services are very fast delivering coffee whatever I asked for. 4)Room quality not as really what I expect after a day of stay , I observe the ceiling of the shower is a kind unprofessional constructed, cheap toilet and the sink drainage is poor Outdoor building glass is tons of spiderwebs dirt, and not as shining glass also paint drip on the glass, unfortunately, we are by the mountain view, but because of the glasses are cloudy not as clear to see the mountain. Whoever managing the floor in this building needs to do his job. Greatly appreciate the Mr. Ed he takes care and do his job Sincerely yours, Mr. and Mrs. Trosper from Tampa, Florida, USA
