I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request which we communicated in advance.

Trés convenable , rien à redire , situé prés d'un arret de bus (C12) qui vous amène sur jean macé (métro B ). Personnel sympathique & pro. Le petit dej mériterai mieux en qualité ( jambon par ex & fromage ).

Arrivée et accès au parking compliquée avec de l'attente...code d'accès par mail jamais reçu... Lit à moitié fait... une seule taie d'oreiller encore pliée sur le lit, l'autre inexistante. Un seul jeu de serviettes pour 2. Cheveux sur la cuvette des WC en arrivant. Eau très tiède à la douche. Literie très basse et dure. Personnel peu réactif et pas très accueillant. Le prix reste très avantageux pour une nuit de passage.

A ne pas renouveller. Chambre année 70, toilettes qui fuient avec un jolie écriteau demandant à fermer le robinet après usage, insonorisation des cloisons inexistantes. télé, téléphone tout passe. Sans parler du restaurant qui est à fuire. Pour le petit déjeuner, y-a pas de pain, les bouteilles de jus d'orange sont vide et ça dérange personne. Bref, n'y aller que s'il n'y a plus rien de dispo ailleurs.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes et bien renseignés pour toutes les choses à faire ou à voir à Lyon ainsi que les petits bouchons, où l'on peut manger pour pas trop cher. Dommage que le séjour n'ait duré que 3 jours, car c'était un peu court pour tout voir.
