Lovely good value hotel in the centre of Lyndhurst . Good safe parking behind the hotel. Friendly and helpful reception. Small double Room is snug but well equipped. Lovely bathroom and products . Breakfast good

New Forest charm and elegance

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The decor blends Victorian elegance and modern comfort very successfully. Service was impeccable and dinner was of a high standard. Situated in Lyndhurst, it is a great base for walks in the New Forest.

Lovely old building with excellent staff. The restaurants and food were very good too, definitely recommend and will use again as comical to the Southampton cruise terminals and the New Forrest.

Okay comfortable stay, tiny double room

Friendly staff at reception but classic double room was very small. Breakfast was okay, quality of items could be better. Downstairs lobby and sitting areas were good. Overall it was an okay comfortable stay.

Hotel charming old building with decent decor and furniture. Hotel staff were very friendly with excellent service at the bar, breakfast, dinner and room cleaning. Stayed 2 nights food was very good on both nights. At the back of the hotel is a good sized car park. Lyndhurst town centre is very limited for shops however the hotel is in a great position to explore the New Forest. Would stay again.
