Room was clean floor had a little debris on it not a big deal. Close to food and shopping and easy to find. Great price for a place to shower and sleep. Breakfast was good too.

I would avoid this property. Sheets were dirty. Hair in sheets on pillows, clearly room attendants a trying to cut corners. Pee stains on the bathroom floor, had not been mopped. Door lock was not secure at all. People in the parking lot sitting in the cars loitering. Don’t feel safe.

Basic items in the room were non-functional. Ex. the shower drain didn’t work so the water filled to my ankles during the shower. The room was also very dirty and smelled like cigarettes

First thing FALSE ADVERTISING. Hotels.com stated they has a gym. The pictures of the hotel shows a gym room but NO GYM.Trash all over parking lot. The lady that checked me in was not friendly at all. Room was ok. Nothing great for $130 a night.

Why I probably won't be coming back
Staff never came to room to change sheets, just threw them on the desk. Entire place smells like marijuana. The bed felt like I was sleeping on old metal springs. There was rust on the lamp shades. The front desk staff was absolutely lovely and accommodating but I really can't say much else for the establishment.

The front staff was very nice and efficient. The breakfast was adequate. Well monitored and stocked but not a whole lot of choices. There were scrambled eggs and biscuits but not meat, no gravy. Waffle was good. minimal cereals. No bagels. Only one kind of yogurt. The room was disappointing. As a Choice Hotel I guess I expected more it was a typical low end budget motel. And outdated run down. The front desk staff and a patron were trying to pick the lock on the door next to use one time when we came in which was a little concerning. My daughter was afraid to go out to the car alone because there were several shady looking men around the parking lot. No elevator to 2nd floor. Smell of marijuana on the balcony. The floor in the room did not feel clean, we wore I shoes the whole time. There was damage to the furnishing. The beds were comfortable, nice pillows and bedding. Towels were mediocre. You could hear a lot of noise, baby crying and running around, a dog parking. It was adequate but I would not stay there again.

Bianca Jones was wonderful upon check-in! A real asset to your facility. Room was fine but the beds were super noisy. Even just routine movements, (rolling over) produced a tremendous amount of noise from the springs. My husband's bed was much worse than mine. The noise level outside of the room at about 3-4 AM was tremendous. As if a worker was dragging something around or loading/unloading something, I'm not sure. We had an inside room but I did not look out. This kept me up for a long time and happened again later. The showerhead fell off onto my head as I was attempting to reposition it. We could not get it back into place. This was my last opportunity for a hot shower before my return home to Asheville post Hurricane Helene, and I was so disappointed. The front desk person (pre-checkout, this was not Bianca) said that there was no other room that I could go to for a shower, so I just did what I could under the stream of water that was coming out from the pipe on the wall. The room itself was otherwise ok.
