Back in it's glory days this was a beautiful hotel. Hopefully they remodel to restore it's beauty. Room was old but clean. Great staff. Easy parking. Would stay again.

It took 15 minutes for the shower water to heat up. The room was nice enough, but the tub was less than clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Property was very rundown, the hot water took forever to get hot, ice machine on fifth floor not working was told had to go to the third floor or eighth floor for ice., only an outlet with a power strip worked in the room, the lamp outlets did not work. Was not extremely unclean, but was very dated and could use lots of love. It’s almost like this was a very happy place back in the 90s. Only one elevator worked, no housekeeping to bring up extra towels, had to go to the front desk to get those

This is an older hotel but it was really nice. I enjoyed it a lot. It was clean. It had no smells and there were no issues. The staff were fantastic and knew the area very well.

Staff was super nice and the hotel was clean. The one drink machine for the entire hotel was down. There was no other option to even purchase water. There was also no option for breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It used to be nice, but now it looks very worn out. Our room had a dirty carpet, drain did not work properly in bathroom tub, we only got one piece of soap, elevator was not showing the L for Lobby, and the whole place looked tired.
