Atrocious hotel - avoid at all costs
Truly awfully looked after hotel. Desperately in need of some renovation and an army of cleaners. Room wasn’t cleaned or serviced at all over a 4 night stay. Pretty sure I had bed bugs or something because on the last day I woke up itchy and covered in bites. My room key broke just about every time I left the room and although the front desk staff were lovely people, you could tell they get a lot of complaints.

Very clean, quiet, pleasant staff and free parking in the adjacent garage. Totally walkable if you want to check out downtown (that’s what we did). The only criticism, and it’s minor, is that it’s a little dated and could use a refresh. Looks very late 80’s early 90’s. But it’s a hotel and not a house you’re trying to buy, so how much does that matter?

Back in it's glory days this was a beautiful hotel. Hopefully they remodel to restore it's beauty. Room was old but clean. Great staff. Easy parking. Would stay again.

It took 15 minutes for the shower water to heat up. The room was nice enough, but the tub was less than clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Property was very rundown, the hot water took forever to get hot, ice machine on fifth floor not working was told had to go to the third floor or eighth floor for ice., only an outlet with a power strip worked in the room, the lamp outlets did not work. Was not extremely unclean, but was very dated and could use lots of love. It’s almost like this was a very happy place back in the 90s. Only one elevator worked, no housekeeping to bring up extra towels, had to go to the front desk to get those
