bathroom was disgusting with poop on the toilet seat and a used razor on the towel bar. Breakfast area was almost as bad with nobody keeping things cleaned up. My husband slept in his clothes - afraid of the sheets! We refused to step into the shower.

Room was dirty walls were all stained,bathroom was mold growing all around, the only good thing was the t.v., the rest very bad. I will not recomend this place to anyone, talking with anouther renter. They mention that this place rents to people on welfare..

Honest review

First thing I noticed was the floor wasn’t even mopped and the bathroom wasn’t clean (toilet bowl and sink were nasty). Also at around midnight there were still people knocking loud on other guest room doors (could be another guests that were locked out). There is a smoke alarm laying on the tv stand (not properly installed). Was trying to call the front desk but phone is not hooked up (no outlet to hook it up neither).

When we arrived in our room, I went to the bathroom and the toilet had not been cleaned. It had poop stain, urine and hair around the toilet when I lifted the lid. I called the desk and he said I’ll tell cleaning. It was 9:30 pm. No one came, obviously they did not have cleaning staff. I called Expedia. Expedia told me they would not answer. Yet, the front desk told me they spoke with Expedia and they would refund. So we left. Now Ramada is refusing to refund. I should not have trusted Ramada. Never ever go to this hotel! Unsanitary! No one should have that in their hotel room! I should have been refunded as promised by the front desk.

The whole bathroom was nasty! Hair all over the tub & toilet! Toilet seat was lose! Nothing for breakfast but a few bagels & cereal! No bread for toast! No donuts! No fresh fruits whatsoever! A couple of folded eggs & sausage in the fridge where the milk & orange juice was at to heat up yourself! The person at the counter was more interested in watching the cameras to make sure no was stealing food that wasn't there than taking my room card back! Really pathetic for a Ramada Inn! Although the the price was great! But since i stayed there i had someone tried to charge my Cash App card to purchase something from a checking company from CA! Never had this stuff happen before except when i stayed at a hotel owed by Indians! Nothing against them but! This is getting ridiculous now! I obviously blocked that charge!

Was disappointed in that I had requested something very specific and didn’t find out that it was not available until we checked in. Breakfast was not very tasty, coffee was lukewarm.
