We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here. Our kids enjoyed themselves as well. Thank you for a wonderful, and pleasant stay! Arrivederci.

The hotel is excellent, however be aware, arrival to the grounds can be confusing for parking, along with getting out of the parking lot with your ticket. I had an issue with my parking pass not working. Other than that this hotel is beautiful and the scenery is fantastic.

Beautiful location! Our room was huge to a kitchen and private balcony with a gorgeous view . Make sure you have 2 people listed on original reservation or you will be charged around 70.00 .service staff was excellent and we loved the Bistro and breakfast selection!

Great property with a terrific view. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Large balcony. Beautiful bathroom. Train station was a short walk, but shuttle is provided. Abundant and fresh breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and grounds. Highly recommended.

Overall we had a good stay at Villa Sassa! The good: - very quiet - great breakfast - very large suite - very nice onsite restaurant - great view from room, pool and restaurant Not so good: - bed was uncomfortable (hard) - pool hours were not clear - rooms/decor were a bit dated, but not a big deal overall

We didn’t stay in this property very long And we’re disappointed that we couldn’t get in for massages. That was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel but the spa services weren’t available. The room was nice. The view was beautiful. The food was good. OK
