The suite was very nice. The hotel was completely updated and modern. Breakfast was well stocked and had a lot of delicious options. I loved that the ferry and train/bus hubs were within a few minutes walk. Also, there were many tourist spots and parks within walking distance as well. I'd stay here again if I ever return to Lucerne.

Everything was great except for the fact that we stayed here because we thought it was connected to the bus station. Instead the walkway to the station was said to be under construction and unusable. As a consequence we had to walk around the station carrying many heavy bags.

Great hotel but note walk to transportation
Staff were very friendly. Only thing to make note of is the location was good for most people and they did provide bus voucher to use during stay but still had to walk about 1/3 of a mile to train/bus station-not terrible except for people with real difficulty walking. Had 2 people in my party who walked with cane and had knee pain. Taxis were exorbitant.
