Enjoyable stay
Staff were very friendly and helpful and provided information about the area which was greatly appreciated. We were also given a travel pass for around the area which was great! Offered insight knowledge to the area which helped us figure out what we wanted to do. Bedroom was very spacious and buffet breakfast was nice.

Great location and able, helpful staff. The rooms and facilities accurately reflect the 3 star rating. Being able to open the window is always a plus to me. The breakfast needs improving, for example some fresh fruit and properly cooked bacon.

All good except the water temperature and the mattress. The water temperature in bathroom is unstable, causing a challenge to shower comfortably. The mattress is too soft for me.

The shower had great water pressure, temperature was easy to control and it was spacious! Our room was on the top floor with dormers so plenty of architectural interest. We could open a window in the bedroom and one in the bathroom which provided a cool breeze all night——delightful! The breakfast was extensive, fresh, constantly replenished and served in a large windowed room. Staff was happily helpful and the location was walkable to all points of interest.

Walkable but a bit out of the way, which made it quiet. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, including selling us stamps for postcards and then offering to mail them for us. Walkable to the Gütsch funicular. Like how the windows open up for fresh air.
