Very pleasant stay and experience. Spacious rooms, nice people at reception. 2 things to be worked upon: Staff present during breakfast did not have a welcoming body language. She seemed staring at people while they eat as if she is bothered about how much they eat….. The bathroom didn’t have any ventilation which made it very suffocating to use.

Location is good, one block away from the Luzern BH station. Feel safe in neighborhood. Quite nice. Bathroom is good in having door, separated from the bedroom.

There is no air-conditioning just fans so very hot in the day time. The weather seems to cool down at night. The pros include short distance to train station, complimentary bottled water and coffee, dining area open where one can bring outside food

Great location in Luzern
The hotel is only a few minutes from the train station and is located within a 5 minute walk from the Chapel bridge. The hotel staff were all very friendly and check in and out was seamless. I would advise that the hotel can be quite noisy especially if you have the windows open at night (I did since it was scorching hot when I visited and this hotel, like many in Luzern, do not have air conditioning but do have fans). You can hear doors slamming at night and noise from the courtyard.

Small room. A lot of street noise at night, very loud. No air conditioning just fan so the window needs to be open, so can’t muffle street noise. Breakfast okay, typical European breakfast-breads, cheese, meat yogurt, etc. Staff friendly and helpful

No air conditioning. A low powered fan was provided. No sheets on bed. Only a heavy blanket. We were told to take the duvet out to be less warm. We did and it was extremely uncomfortable. We hated it so much that we ended up moving to the Renaissance hotel next door. Luzern hotel would not refund us for the night we did not used though we shared several issues. I would NOT recommend staying in this hotel.

Breakfast was amazing but the room did not have AC and it was a bit too small for 2 adults and 1 child. Also not the best accessibility. But I learned that a lot of hotels in Switzerland don’t have AC and even accessibility isn’t the best in this country. It was a hot day so we just opened the window and turned on the fan all night. But breakfast made everything worth it :)
