Our room sat on the back alley and was a bit noisy. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! Staff were pleasant and receptive, but not engaging. After staying at 3 other hotels in Switzerland, we were used to a different level of friendliness and service.

Convenient location close to train station and shopping of all types as well tourist attractions. Room was clean and nicely appointed although the shower was a bit awkward. Would stay again!

Loved everything except the non adjustable shower head and the added 45 CHF in taxes I had to pay when checking out. I asked what the taxes were for and they just said it's just extra taxes. Staff breakfasts, location and rooms were wonderful

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, close to the bridge and the train station which has a supermarket and lots of food options. The room was well sized and we enjoyed the free minibar and large water that was complimentary each day. Good size bathroom and shower. Friendly staff that helped us book our golden round trip to Mount Pilatus which was very helpful. We would recommend and would stay again. Thanks for a great stay!

Incredible location! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room size was very small though (no fault of the hotel) I wish that Expedia had a more accurate description. Overall though we were very satisfied with our stay.

Fantastic location
Great location directly down the street from the Kapellbrücke water tower. We had a balcony room that had an amazing view of Mt Pilatus and the town walls. The mini bar was included and had wine and beer and snacks. The AC worked great which was truly lifesaving as we stayed during a heatwave in August.
