Convenient location right by the train station and Chapel Bridge. Very walkable to Old Town. Staff was excellent. However, the room was small and the bathroom very dated. Also, the breakfast buffet was not worth the cost.

Perfect for lucern
Location is next to the pier, old town, new town and main train station. Perfect for tourist. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. Reached at 11am and my room was already ready for check in. Minibar free with beer, wines and soft drink. It is really one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Easy and great location!
The hotel is in walking distance to both the central train station and bus pick up, so incredibly easy. Staff were very helpful with directions and helped to arrange tickets for the tram. The room is simple but clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Could have been great, but…
Great location and could be a very nice place to stay, but…, hotel fails to indicate on website that they’re doing extensive renovations. That means being awoken at 7:00 am and being unable to stay in room during the day because of the construction noise. My wife was feeling ill and just wanted to stay in room, but not a reality with all the noise. When I asked why website doesn’t indicate the construction activities, I was told you have to call and ask. So, call before you book!

Property is under renovation. The first person at the desk was very unhelpful, but when we returned to the front desk, we found some very helpful people that made a difference for us and future stays. The location is really nice as it’s a very short walk from the train station

Conveniently located to transportation & landmarks of the city., Staff very helpful & hotel is clean. The only negative thing is the bathroom shower is not adjustable the water goes out a lot outside & it’s half glass door which doesn’t help .
