Long story short, I arrived for a 2 night weekend stay to a dirty shower in a nice & modern room - Unfortunately! After a long and exhausting drive. Additionally, the bed was not changed morning after; the shower was not cleaned either; the garbage was not taken; the ice machine was broken just outside my room making noise the entirety of my stay; and the room’s refrigerator was also noisy. There’s an indoor pool and hot-minipool. I didn’t try to breakfast. The front desk reps appeared attentive. That’s my honest experience.

I really liked the staff when I first arrived she was very helpful and was able to get me situated into a new room … I didn’t like my first room wasn’t properly cleaned and smelled absolutely terrible … I also didn’t like the staff member the next day I had to work and needed to get on the road but I needed the room another night and he was no where to be found I called back to back even, to get the phone at the front desk to ring and it was about 45 minutes it took him and I was late for work and then I’m not sure if he didn’t understand me or if he just didn’t know what he was doing but he wasn’t very much help … also the side door wasn’t working properly it wouldn’t unlock completely after using a card key… and it was pretty pricey all things considered

We dont like sliding doors for the bathroom, they not closes completely and there is no lock, they have open space in both sides We like the colors the hotel has, in the descriptions says is soud proof, that's not true Beds are confortable Easy check in, check out

Clean rooms

The manager was very friendly but overwhelmed. The room was clean and comfortable but the blackout shade was made not to come down so the light out front was in my eyes. We found out the hard way that the shampoo and body wash was empty. Housekeeping wasn’t in but our checkout time was extended and they did replace the products.

Disgusting

This hotel is disgusting. The shower walls are lined with dirt, the sheets and pillow cases on both beds were dirty and stained. The carpets were disgusting. We were so uncomfortable and honestly afraid that with the dirt and grime the bed bugs wouldn’t be too far behind. Breakfast also sucked really bad.

Stayed for one night in order to visit a nearby museum. Decent enough hotel which was clean and tidy with a fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast included with the room which was basic but enough to start the day on. Only negative was the sunken mattress in the room which dipped on either side of the bed and was so noticeable that you had to put effort in to roll over out of it. Time to change the mattress I think..
