Excellent customer service. The staff is extremely responsive, polite and accomodating. They go out of their way to ensure quality seevices. They offer an excellent breakfast menu and buffet with an optional made to order eggs and omelet station.

It was cold. The heater was on all day and all night in the room and only got to 67 degrees. I ate at the restaurant and got very ill. I spent the rest of the 1st night of my planned stay of 3 days vomiting. I ended up having to cancel the rest of my trip, so I could return home due to being sick

Check in was fast and clerk was nice. In the room we noticed a metal door on the wall by the bed about two feet wide and a foot long that kept coming off the wall when my grandson would touch it. It led to a whole in the wall that he could crawl into and we called front desk who sent maintenance lady who only spoke Spanish and said leave the metal door alone it's nothing bad I told her I didn't feel safe and my grandbaby could go in there and she said it will be ok. I called the front and she moved us to a different room and said she understood but the maintenance lady was down there complaining that it was not a big deal. My grandson is a year old and that was not something I was comfortable with.
