Our stay at MCM Elegante -Lubbok was pleasant. Our check in took a little longer than I would have liked but I believe it was because I had booked through a third party. However everyone was friendly efficient. Room was clean. We were grateful for the shuttle service to the TT graduation.

No elevator

The elevator was broken the entire time and they put us on the 4th floor. The whole building is outdated and old. Overall it was not a great experience and certainly my not worth the $400 a night we were charged
