I stayed here 2 nights in a row it was quiet clean and felt safe I’ve picked some doozies before in Lubbock so I have been scared but this motel made me feel safe and the breakfast was good

Bad Service

I made a reservation online for a one night stay. Upon arriving we waited about 10 min in the lobby before anyone showed up at the counter. When she arrived, it looked like she was in a bad mood/sleeping, and said the server was down and there was no record of my reservation. When I said I would like to cancell such reservation she said there was no rooms available. But then when we said we would go somewhere else, she changed her whole mood and said she could make acomodations and find two rooms for the night if we paid for a whole new reservation, which we had to do because it was already past midnight and my original reservation was the wrong date.

Bathroom fan started to make LOUD noises and it got worst as the night went by. I called front desk around 1am , and was told that it’s a problem that maintenance has been on it but they couldn’t do anything else about it. My family and I could not sleep comfortably through the night. I asked for manager and was denied any type of contacting them. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just simply give us another room. Also, we were told that it happens to many other rooms too..? This does not make sense. I will continue to wait for the “call” 👎

I have stayed in some pretty bad motels in Lubbock so I was nervous but that went away as soon as I stepped inside it was clean beautiful the staff was so nice definitely recommend this for your stay

We were very happy with this motel. Check in easy. Carts for our bags available. Our room was spacious and clean. Slept like a log. Great mattress. Hotel was clean and inviting. Plenty of parking. Everything as pictured. Breakfast was very good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, juice. One of the best I’ve had. We had some bad experiences on our trip, this was a great one! Highly recommend.

Rude and not worth your money.

When arriving at the hotel I went to set up the put out bed only to find they didn’t have everything to set up the bed. Only the sheets, so I called the front desk asking for a a comforter and extra pillows. However, I received a pillow top and small pillows. The next morning, I went downstairs for breakfast and the lady setting up the breakfast was very rude. To my mistake I did not realize they had different times for breakfast start, I read breakfast at 6:30 so I went downstairs at 6:57. I walked into the area where they serve breakfast only to be followed by the lady yelling at me saying breakfast is not open yet. It’s just now seven you shouldn’t be in here. My response was I’m sorry. I thought it opened at 6:30 to then be rudely responded from her that’s only on certain days. At a hotel guest, I should have never been spoken to the way she spoke to me. Also, upon arrival at the hotel, I found that the pool was not operational. Since I was traveling with three children, that is the reason I booked the hotel was for the pool. Yes the front desk clerk stated they could cancel my reservation at no charge however, that would mean at 8 o’clock at night. I’m trying to find a new hotel. We won’t be staying here again.
