Terrible customer service. Christian thinks it's ok to text customers and it's very awkward. They also speculate and charge your account for odd things and then try to justify it. Room want very clean and be was totally against the wall. Whole hotel needs updating.

The beds were awful as well as the pillows. The housekeeping didn’t have towels two days in a row so we had to go to the front desk. The breakfast was over at 9am but at 8:40 they were out of the hot breakfast and they were not making anymore. The pool and spa was closed. It was 97 degrees outside and I picked a hotel with a pool for a reason. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful but my overall experience was not good and I will not be staying here again.

The A/C in our room for the first night didn’t work. They were able to give us another room for the second nice with a working A/C unit. The beds is both rooms where the most uncomfortable things despite being listed as pillow top on the description.

The breakfast was delicious
Arrived really late to a very nice front desk lady. After a long trip that was very comforting. The suite was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. And the free breakfast was the best I have ever had. Pork carnitas and egg tacos with a side of potatoes and bacon slices. Normal hotel breakfast are one waffle machine and some bagels. I’m coming back
