The only complaint I would have is that the water wasn’t very hot in the shower. And the shower floor was very slick. Someone that isn’t very steady on their feet could potentially slip and fall. Other than that the hotel was great!

Very nice property. My only complaint would be that this was the hardest mattress I've ever slept on in a hotel. If I slept on my side, my arm fell asleep and I like to sleep on my side. Other family staying in the hotel seemed frustrated with the bed as well.

The hotel was very nice! The staff was friendly as well! I did notice that a lot of times staff would be eating at the front desk when we would come through! It wasnt bad just a little unprofessional. We also had a problem with our microwave not working and every room was booked. There was no other way to heat our food not even in the food area! For the most part it was very nice and accomidating.

I’m conflicted on this one. I love Hampton Inn. This one, the beds and pillows were great, room was clean; however, the bathroom sink continued to backup after running very little water. It was disgusting. Not only did water come up, but of course it was very dirty water and left the sink nasty. Not exactly where you want to wash your face and brush your teeth. I told three people at the front desk. The first two could have cared less. It was a Monday morning and should have been plenty of time to fix it. The third employee was really great, but by that time it was too late for a repair. Otherwise, the room was fine.

I'll pass next time

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn University Lubbock for a concert. Check-in was a breeze, and the lobby and common areas were quite pleasant and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the room itself left something to be desired. The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud, sounding more like a lawnmower than a cooling system, which made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom door was also problematic, being difficult to open and close. Additionally, the road noise from Marsha Sharp Freeway was significant and persisted throughout the night, further disrupting sleep. To top it off, the blinds had noticeable holes in them and didn't properly fit the window, and the beds were very hard, which impacted my sleep quality. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. There was a good variety of options, and everything was fresh and tasty.
