Didn't really have a problem, but noticed my rental car had the center pieces of the wheels stolen while parked there. Other than that this place was perfect for the price.

Clean, comfy beds, but thin walls

Clean, comfy beds, amd located near university and major hospital. The only issue was there were loud hotel guests and you could hear their tv and door slamming throughout the night.

Good for the price.

It was great for what I needed. Overall, clean, but dated. Chairs were stained and some obvious signs of wear, but a good price. It was safe and the bed was comfortable.

Great night sleep

My room was quiet and helpful for needing a good night's rest because of a surgery the next day. Staff was friendly after asking for more towels due to the procedure.

Passing thru Lubbock

The hotel was clean and comfortable for overnight cross country trip. Heating and A/C worked great. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was sparse, no protein except yogurt.
