Nothing like the pictures you have ,rooms smelled like cigarettes bathroom falling apart no shower curtain water leaking no pool . I know you get what you pay for but that place was nasty when I asked to move rooms because of the smell the girl on the front desk got Mad very bad experience.

The property was 10/15 minutes away from the Lubbock Airport. The area was safe, there was a walmart, burger King and Dutch bros across the street. The only issues that made me give 3 stars is the inside of my door was missing a cover and the mechanism for the door was exposed, i just didn't feel safe. I didn't want to change rooms because i had already done so when the first room was not ready.

There were holes in the floor that insects were getting into the room through. The chair was covered in stains. Light fixtures were missing bulbs. The bathroom door had a large hole in it. The toilet barely flushed. The water pressure in the shower was incredibly low, and the hot water was barely warm. The nonsmoking room smelled like cigarettes.

This property does not deserve the Wyndham name. The room was disgusting..Dirty and hair in the refrigerator, bathtub and sink. Bugs on the walls, Bathroom and the bed. The fire alarm was ripped off the wall. The ceiling was collapsing over the TV and above the toilet. The bathroom had a partial roll of toilet paper. The neighborhood is unsafe. They have a Police observation post in the parking lot. Do not stay here. Wyndham has gone so low by allowing this hotel to exist like this.

Roches, the bathroom was dirty, there was a smelly carpet, the smoke detector was missing, the TV was not working, smelly towels, the pillows were sofa cushions, and there was no coffee maker. Breadfast only had two choices, no hangers in the closet. The bed was comfortable, and they will allow your pet.

Rooms were subpar in almost every regard. The first room had the AC unit taken apart and scattered around the room at the time of check-in, the second room smelled horribly of cigarettes, and the third room didn't have a functional TV or interior lights. Shower and bathroom were not cleaned very well, and the furniture in the room was stained. Wouldn't recommend staying here at all.

The room was dirty, smelled and in Horrible condition. The money that was paid for this room should be refunded. There were numerous guest that went to the front desk to complain about the conditions of their room.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Absolute worst experience of my life. The motel looks NOTHING like the pictures. Completely false advertising. The rooms are DISGUSTING. Our first room had burn holes all over the sheets, chair, and carpets. The tv stand was broken and leaning sideways, the fridge was leaking, microwave was broken, tv was missing the remote. We moved to another room after explaining our concerns- the next room was WORSE. Room was so gross. Carpet was soiled from god knows what, burn holes all over the carpet. When trying to shower the faucet knob came right off into my hand.. tried pouring my water bottle down the drain and it went straight onto the floor.. the pipes were gone!! There was a crackhead outside our door coughing and trying to get in our window. We packed up at 5 am and left as fast as we could.
