OK PEACE
This was a good place to stay a couple nights. Just unsatisfied that the pool was not heated. The water was very cold but the jacuzzi was inside. So kids using it as a swimming pool.
Building smelled stale and room smelled of smoke although it's a non smoking facility. Room was out dated... needs new furniture, appliances, finishes, etc. Also, breakfast was basically cereal, juice and luke warm coffee. Just not a great experience.
20 years ago this was an elegant hotel. Now it is dimly lit and very dated. We were on the 2nd floor, no elevator. The young man at the desk did offer to help us get luggage up the stairs. We stayed 2 nights. The service staff came in and made up the bed, took out the trash and picked up one bath towel that was on the floor, but didn't leave a replacement towel. Breakfast was okay with several choices, but it wasn't refilled. We didn't even bother the second day.
Made the reservation via Expedia. When we arrived at the hotel we had driven nearly 6.5 hours to get to the hospital to take care of a very sick brother. We were obviously very exhausted and ready to for a comfortable bed. When we checked in we were given a room that smelled like cat urine and marijuana smoke. There was a fan on the floor that was there because they were attempting to dry the carpet from a recent flood. The room was obviously not ready for occupancy. The front desk person, Austin, then gave us a room on the second floor, however we had a guest that could not walk up the steps. Beware! they do not have a elevator! the way they get around the ADA accommodations is they have a limited amount of rooms on the first floor. I requested that they give us two separate rooms, one on the first floor and one the second floor. Austin's brilliant solution was to carry my disabled sister up yo the second. Eventually, Austin commented that he could not logistically split the hotel fees for the two rooms. We waited an additional 10-15 minutes, Austin said "could not figure it out" I then asked for a refund which he said would have to be resolved through Expedia. As a fellow business owner. my solution would have been to accommodate the guests with two separate rooms and figure how to make payment on the computer when the owner came in the next morning. However, he might have been operating from a business culture that they take the money first and then let the customer settle
The room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom. The carpet was pulled up/ripped. It appeared to have no upkeep over the years. The room additionally smelt of animal urine.
Its a hotel room with a bed and shower. The cleanliness could be so much better. I did see a fingernail clipping in the far corner near the desk. The bed linen and bathroom were in better standing though. The property is older and outdated but gets the job done. The AC kicks like a champ though and the beds are decently comfortable. The breakfast is not our favorite but appreicate the effort. Its nit the fanciest but for the price we can make it work

The front desk was super great. They were friendly and helpful. The room was not very satisfactory. The wallpaper was pealing in the bathroom. There was water damage from the upper room on the ceiling in the main room. The a/c seemed to freeze up during the night and had to turn it back on again. Though it was a non smoking room you could smell cigarette smoke in the room. It was nice to have access to the swimming pool from the room as it had a sliding door. Breakfast was offered but not satisfactory. Hotel is in a great location near restaurants.
