Fantastic Hotel!
What a great hotel! The staff were so friendly and the rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The parking in Loule is not great but the hotel has an underground car park which is a bit tricky to get in and out of but it works! Will definitely stay there again and thoroughly recommended - great hotel!

We were there for just one night and unfortunately didn’t spend more than about 6 hours there so we didn't have the opportunity to check out any amenities but the staff were so kind and the room was clean and spacious. When we checked in at about 10pm I mentioned to the gentleman at the front desk that we’d be checking out early because we needed to catch a 6am flight. He was so nice and told us approximately what time we should leave and offered to pack us a breakfast to go since we weren’t going to be there for breakfast. When we checked out someone else was at the front desk who immediately went to the back and brought us our bagged breakfasts. I felt as if I were leaving the home of a family member. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a homey place to stay in this area.

Lovely hotel within a few minutes walk of the centre of Loulé. Lots of choice of eating places nearby. Rooms have very comfy super king beds, fridge, air con & safe. Staff are so friendly & helpful. Breakfast is a great choice of hot & cold. Excellent value for money. Already planning our next visit for later in the year.

The best way to review this hotel is simply by listing the pros and cons. Pros: it is about a 30 minute drive from the airport. It is right in the centre of loulê which is a lovely little place with cafes, restaurants, shops and a weekend market. The hotel surroundings are in a residential area so it is quiet. The bedrooms are well cleaned daily if you require. The breakfast is good with fresh fruit, yogurts, cakes, breads and cereals and warm items if you are happy to eat the same variety of items each day. The reception staff are extremely kind and helpful and are happy to give recommendations nearby. You can ask reception for towels to take out for the day and you don't need to pay a deposit for them. Also the same with the iron! It does have rooftop pool/lounging area which is open until 8.30pm. There is a supermarket about 7 minutes walk away. Cons: the pillows on the beds are extremely small and if you want firmer/bigger pillows you have to pay extra per night. If a hotel near a beach is what you want then this is not the place unless you are happy to drive about 30 minutes away. Loulê is quite quiet most of the time and a lot of stuff is closed on holidays and certain days or the week. The rooftop area was not cleaned regularly and the "bar" was not often manned by anyone. The hotel itself is also warn in areas but would say that it reflects the 3 star eating. The gym does not have air-conditioning, so it is extremely warm and the equipment old.

To be honest it is our first stay down here in Portugal & we were not sure what to expect. From reception on it was full of nice surprises, the dining area the lounge & especially the rooftop pool. Not to mention an excellent choice at breakfast.

A super nice hotel. Loved the fact that they rented ebikes and escooter in the lobby. The free breakfast was great... housekeeping was often late and not too well done. The pool area is wonderful.

Charming old hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Good breakfast. It's an old building - the walls are paper thin. We were woken up by people in hall at night,and early in the morning. Maybe ask for a room as far away from the elevator and stairs as possible?
